Our team spent more than a year preparing for this moment — planning, testing, training, and working through every detail with one priority in mind: you.
Together, we reached this important milestone.
Our new technology platform is now in place, giving Congressional a stronger foundation to serve you today and continue improving your experience in the years ahead.
You may not see everything this investment makes possible right away. That’s intentional. Our goal was never change for the sake of change. It was to build the capabilities behind the scenes that allow us to make banking with Congressional simpler, more connected, and more responsive over time – and to continue evolving as your needs evolve.
