Rental Car Discounts

Credit Union members may take advantage of special discounts when renting a car through Avis, Budget or Enterprise. Be sure to use your Congressional Visa Credit Card which offers free rental insurance. You won’t have to pay for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance separately when renting a car.

Avis - Up to 25% off
Browse rental cars and book your reservation online. You may also call them directly to place a reservation. Be sure to use the code D475543 when making your reservation. There are over 4,700 locations worldwide.

Budget - Up to 25% off
Reserve your rental car online or call them at (800) 455-2848 to place your reservation. Be sure to use code Y305000 when making your reservation. There are 1,900 locations worldwide.

Enterprise - Up to 15% off
As a Credit Union member, you're entitled to a special discount when renting a car from Enterprise. To receive this discount, call the VIP Hotline at (800) 553-1232. You'll need special code 76CU006.
