Congressional Federal Credit Union offers internet account access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Online Banking enables you to conduct financial transactions on a personal computer in the privacy of your home, office or any other location of your choice, conveniently and securely.

Online Banking provides secure direct access to your credit union account. "Real time" information is displayed through the system and enables you to perform many inquiries and transactions on your account including the following:

  • Review current account balances and histories
  • View and print monthly statements, going back seven years
  • Verify which checks have cleared
  • Perform "real time" account transfers without posting delays
  • Receive direct deposit information
  • Reset your Online Banking password
  • Download account transactions into Quicken and Money
  • Activate your new check card
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Review your credit card history
  • Access multiple accounts with one login

In addition, you can order new checks, place a stop payment on a check (or series of checks) and apply for loans.

Free Bill Pay! How?

Bill Pay is our online bill paying service. It allows you to pay virtually anyone. You can easily schedule one-time payments or recurring payments (such as your mortgage, car loan, utility bill, etc). Pay for your newspaper, car insurance, internet service, and more. This convenient service is available 24 hours a day, everyday.

Our online Bill Pay service is free when you register for e-Statements and have a Congressional Visa Check Card on the same account. Otherwise, the service is $6.95 per month. 

If you already have both services, then do nothing. Your service is free.

You’ll receive your e-Statement days before your paper statement.

When your e-Statement is ready to be viewed, we’ll send you an e-mail letting you know it is available in Online Banking. We do not e-mail your statement to you. The e-mail that you would receive does not contain any personal information. It’s just a simple note saying that your statement is ready. Once you receive our e-mail, you can log on to Online Banking any time of day.

Congressional FCU’s Online Banking is a secure web site. You are the only one that has access to your account information. Plus, once you enroll with e-Statements, you will stop receiving the paper statement. This gives you less of a chance of having your identity stolen by a thief.
