To reach Loan-by-Phone, use a touch tone telephone and dial (703) 934-8300, (800) 491-CFCU or 6-3100 from Capitol Hill.

At the prompt for Teller 24, press or say one(1) and follow the instructions for Loan-by-Phone.

You will then be asked for your account number and birthday.

Note: Enter each digit slowly and all numbers as two digits. For example, when entering May 1, 1975, you should key in 050175. You will then be prompted through the system.

Number of years at current residence
