Congressional offers new and used boat and RV loans with terms from zero to 96 months. You can finance up to 80% of the purchase price of a new boat or RV and up to 80% of the retail value of a used boat or RV. Additionally, there is a $30,000 minimum for loans over 60 months.

Motorcycles
Congressional offers motorcycle loans with terms from zero to 60 months. You can finance up to 90% of the purchase price of a new motorcycle and up to 90% of the retail value of a used motorcycle. The minimum loan amount for a new motorcycle is $3,000. The minimum loan amount for a used motorcycle is $3,000.
