As the Executor or Administrator of an estate, if the decedent has an open account with Congressional FCU, you may open an Estate Account. We offer savings, second savings, checking, and money market options on an Estate Account.

Trust Account
Congressional FCU offers accounts for Revocable Living Trusts. To open a Revocable Living Trust Account, you must have an established Revocable Living Trust, and you must be a Congressional member or eligible for membership. Savings, second savings, money market, checking and certificate accounts can be opened on Revocable Living Trust Accounts.
