Credit Union Membership
– Congressional FCU employees are also eligible for credit union
membership. Once you are a member, your own immediate family may also
join the credit union and take advantage of our great services. |

Flexible Spending Accounts
– Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
are available for employees. In these accounts, you are able to put
aside a portion of your salary on a pre-tax basis to pay for certain
medical, dental and other health care expenses not covered by
insurance as well as dependent care expenses. |

– If you travel on credit union business, you are automatically
covered for injury or death up to a maximum of $150,000. |

– The credit union provides a fully equipped exercise facility in the
Oakton Operations Center for the benefit of all staff members. |

– The “Metrochek” transit benefit is available to our employees to
assist in their commuting expenses. This program offers additional
benefits protection with pre-tax savings at reasonable group rates for

– The credit union’s EAP is designed to provide employees and their

cost of the EAP is completely paid by the credit union. |
